Shipping Address: Bikes are shipped from Canada. Batteries and other accessories are shipped from China.

5.Will the bike I received be assembled?

Need to install handlebar, front wheel, pedal, seat, headlight and fender.

6.Is it safe to pay on your website?

It is absolutely safe to pay on our website. The item will be arranged for you when the payment is completed.

7. Is the website real?

Our website is the official website of Philodo Bikes. Please feel free to shop on our website. 

8. What if I don't receive my bike after payment?

This is absolutely not going to happen. Once payment is made we will arrange the shipment for you and will notify you by email.

9.How to return or exchange the item?

We aim to provide every single customer with the perfect product at the best price, as well as the greatest shopping experience, so we have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days to apply for a return after receiving the goods. To qualify for a return, your goods must be in the same condition as you received, undamaged or unused, labeled, and in the original packaging. 10. Do you have any warranty?

The bike comes with a full 1 year warranty. This includes the frame and all components, Battery warranty for half a year. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper maintenance or misuse. Exclusions: The above warranty does not cover normal wear and tear due to accident, misuse, abuse or neglect, improper assembly, damage or failure, improper subsequent maintenance, installation of third party components, parts or accessories or any product that has been Specifications have been revised. 11.What if the package is broken/the item scratches when arrived?

Parts of the wear and scratch may cause by the parts crashing together, although we have packed all the parts to prevent these situations as much as we can. Please send us the related pictures or videos which would help us check the condition and solve the problems.

Currently, we only accept shipping to the US and Canada for orders.
