Shipping Address: Bikes are shipped from Canada. Batteries and other accessories are shipped from China.

Bikes shipped from the Canada.

5.Will the bike I received be assembled？

Need to install handlebar, front wheel, pedal, seat, headlight and fender.

6.Is it safe to pay on your website?

It is absolutely safe to pay on our website. The item will be arranged for you when the payment is completed.

7. Is the website real?

Our website is the official website of Philodo Bikes. Please feel free to shop on our website.

8. What if I don't receive my bike after payment?

This is absolutely not going to happen. Once payment is made we will arrange the shipment for you and will notify you by email.

9.How to return or exchange the item?

We aim to provide every single customer with the perfect product at the best price, as well as the greatest shopping experience, so we have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days to apply for a return after receiving the goods. To qualify for a return, your goods must be in the same condition as you received, undamaged or unused, labeled, and in the original packaging. 10. Do you have any warranty?

The bike comes with a full 1 year warranty. This includes the frame and all components, Battery warranty for half a year. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper maintenance or misuse. 11.What if the package is broken/the item scratches when arrived?
